Shyam Mohan Anantula is an MBA LLB with a career spanning around five decades in corporate management, entrepreneurship and management consultancy. Thereafter he has undergone training on production of audio visual programs in managementin UK.

During his tenure of President of the HMA, he was responsible for instituting the Entrepreneur of the Year – Large & Small scale awards and also conducted several flagship programs that helped build an impeccable image for the organization. Most importantly, he was instrumental in acquiring permanent office space for HMA.
As Chairman – Southern Regional Council of AIMA - He was responsible for expansion and growth of management movement in South India. He was also responsible for starting of local management associations in Tirupathi & Guntur.
He was a Member - Council for Clean India, constituted by the Central Vigilance Commission, Govt. of India. He is one of the 21 eminent personalities along with Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, Rajmohan Gandhi, Anna Hazare, KPS Gill, Dr. Jai Prakash Narayan IAS etc.
Pioneered the concept of video-based management Training in India. Produced programs on a wide range of management topics. Over 500 organizations have been using these programs for their corporate training since 1988.
Created bonds of International friendship through Rotary International Group Study Exchange Program to South America. On behalf of the India China Economic & Cultural Council, Mr. Shyam Mohan lead the delegation from Andhra Pradesh to China.
He successfully implemented international quality spring mattress manufacturing project in India, in collaboration with a company based in Muscat, Oman.
He is the Chairman of the Sri Rudreshwaralaya Temple Trust – a 800 + year old Kakatiya dynasty temple located in Kondapak, Siddipet District. As the Chairman, he successfully implemented the total restoration of the temple.
He has been a recipient to awards as recently as 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi where he has been awarded Bandhu Mitra Puraskar by the Gramoday Chamber of Commerce & Technology
